The Musicsmiths

The Musicsmiths is a flute and guitar duo hailing from the musically rich city of Athens, GA.  The duo consists of Natalie Smith of the bands Grogus and Cachaca, and the Gwinnett Ballet Theater Orchestra and Brian Smith of the Georgia Guitar Quartet, Dilated Summit and the Odd Trio.  A typical concert could include anything from classical favorites and hidden gems to their unique blend of jazz featuring Natalie Smith on vocals as well as flute.  Natalie’s sultry and smooth voice and brilliant flute playing complement Brian’s rhythmic and complex guitar style to create a unique musical experience.
